About us

How we started

We built MLV to provide what we wanted when we were highschoolers

MLV Merchandise on a table

"Growing up in the business hub of Hong Kong, I believe that business is the vehicle for solving societal problems and driving real social change. Starting MLV was not only a way to realize my life-long aspiration of starting my own business but also to make a positive impact by helping high school students realize their own dreams."

"Schools are meant to be a place to explore and discover what you're passionate about - not an environment limited by a syllabus. Entrepreneurship to me is a vehicle to leverage and transform one's passion to help others and this is me turning my passion into a form of value creation: Empowering teenagers to fall in love with entrepreneurship, social impact, and to make a difference in the world."

Our Mission

To serve as the educational resource for every teenager to discover their passions and transform it into value creation.

Our Vision

To empower highschool students across Southeast Asia to unleash their entrepreneurial potential and pursue their passions by starting real companies.

How we started

Contemporary education does an inadequate job in preparing teenagers for their futures.

01.

Students don’t enjoy what they learn

The focus on standardized tests and academic metrics overlook critical skills like creativity, problem-solving and adaptability.

02.

Limited career preparations from school

Schools don’t have enough resources and capacity to teach practical life skills, foster creativity and nuture entrepreneurial thinking.

03.

Lack of skills out of school

Students don’t have a clear understanding of career paths, and find it difficult to find like-minded peers, resources and knowledge to turn ideas into ventures.

Partners & Sponsors

Our program is backed by the best.

We have a dynamic network of companies and schools that support our mission.
